Ružica (meaning "little roses") is a traditional rolled dessert, covered in syrup. Named for its shape, which resembles a flowering rose, it offers a different texture to more traditional, diamond-cut baklava. If defrosted upon delivery, do not refreeze, keep refrigerated and use within 5 days. As a result of a natural process, syrup crystallisation or cloudiness may occur.

 

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, walnuts, water, sunflower oil, corn starch, powdered eggs, acidity regulator E330, salt, flavouring. May contain traces of milk and milk products, peanuts, almonds and hazelnuts.
